Registration Fees
The registration fee for the Friday Welcome Gathering and the
Saturday Dinner/Dance is
$110 per person
Sunday Breakfast is optional at an additional fee of
$18 per person
(reduced
fees for children under 12)

Registration/Check-in
at the reunion will be held on/at:
Thursday, July 10th in the afternoon (3:00pm – 5:00pm), and
Friday July 11,
2008, morning (9:00am – 11:00am), and
Friday July 11,
2008 afternoon (3:00pm – 5:00pm)
in the hospitality suite.
The
Zama Alumni Association Board will hold general membership informational
meetings on Saturday between 10:00am – 12:00pm
in the hospitality suite. The purpose of these meetings is for alumni to
meet the board members, get information about the activities and future
of the alumni association, and to provide your input. A sign up sheet
with meeting times will be available when you check in at the reunion.

Rooms at 2008 Reunion Rates |

The Chateau Sonesta hotel is in a historic
building located in the heart
of the French Quarter on the corner of Iberville and Dauphine St.
It is within walking distance of restaurants,
shopping and night life.
To make room reservations at the Chateau Sonesta Hotel
(Hotel guest rooms are not included as part of the registration
fee)

HOW TO REGISTER FOR THE REUNION
There are 2 options for you to register
for the reunion.
Option 1:
ONLINE FORM AND PAYMENT:
Step 1:
Complete the
online Registration Input Form and use the submit button to
send the information to the committee.
Step 2:
Use the Paypal
payment option to send your payment to the Zama Alumni Association.
This method may be used to send the reunion registration fees, tee shirt
purchases, or membership dues. You do not need a Paypal account to
use this option. You can use your MasterCard/Visa/Amex, etc if you
wish.
The information you submit on
the input form will be sent to the committee and matched to your
payment.

A note
about membership 2008 membership dues
The
registration fee is for current (2008) paid members of the Zama Alumni
Association. Your Zama Alumni Association Board of Directors would like
all alumni who attend the 2008 All Class Reunion in New Orleans to
consider becoming a member and supporting the association. A non-member
fee will be charged for alumni who attend the reunion but who are not
2008 members. This non-member fee may be applied towards membership.

Representatives and other committee members will be looking into

*Costs for
optional events are additional and will not be part of the

UPDATED 7/2/08 !! Fees
transporttion
A private airport shuttle service that stops at multiple hotels in the
downtown area is $15 one way per person. Taxi service is available at a flat
rate of $29.00 for 2 passengers and $12 for each additional passenger.
The Chateau
Sonesta hotel offers a valet parking service for $28 + tax per day. There is
self-parking available across the street in the DH Holmes lot for $24 + tax per
day
