Here is one for you. Did anyone understand that starting in 2013 if you sell your home that you will have a sellers tax attached to be taken care of at closing. This is supposedly in the Obama Healh care Law. A figure somewhere in the neighborhood of 3.6 percent of sales price will be taken. Snopes might have something on that...ED

so don't worry...only a small percentage of the taxpayers will be affected...but it is a start to taxation and it won't stop and it probably won't be indexed for inflation...but why is this in the healthcare bill?

(if all taxpayers don't complain...the gov't could/will lower the threshold so it will affect more taxpayers...probably stairstep taxtion rates with a higher percentage to the higher "profiteers"...the "greedy" ones)
