Jerry Fulcher - Class Of 1971

December 16, 1953  to July 28, 2014 (age 60);  Richmond, VA

One wild and crazy guy.  Friends with Jerry Buda, Larry Childress.  Played varsity football for Zama.  Despite graduating either last or next to last in his class at Zama he went on to achieve an undergraduate degree and a Masters (Urban planning).  He was the Director of Internal Controls and Audits for Universal Leaf (an international company) for the last 15 years which allowed him to travel the world many times over.  He touched lives from Japan, to Africa, to Europe, Indonesia and then  at home in the good old USA.  He is much loved by his family and friends. 

Survived by:  Sister - Kay Fulcher Cotter, Brother - Ross Fulcher, Father - Ross Fulcher, Sr., Wife- Robin., 2 sons (Jay and Preston) and 1 grandchild - Chloe (4 yrs).

Condolance to the family of Jerry. He was a great guy and a load of fun to be around, we had a blast in 1971.

I have a really awkward picture of Jerry and I standing next to each other in formal dress for maybe the prom?  I had no idea until that night what a wild, spontaneous guy he was.  He seemed to live an unfiltered, happy existence. R.I.P.
