For Joey the one who loved his guitar music.

One of the sweetest young men at Zama High.

May You Rest in Peace!

Joey was the lead guitarist in our band, Time Incorporated, which played the central Japan teen club circuit around 1968 (other members: Bob Koudelka, Greg Mauriyama, Willy Isa, Joel Knepp). He was a solid, dependable guy with a budding talent and an uplifting spirit. Sorry to hear of his passing.

To my best friend.........

Joe, you left too early.  I always looked forward to visiting with you when I passed through LA.....going to eat sushi and talking story about the the old days.  The time between visits seemed non-existent.  It always felt like we were picking up where we left off the day before.  It hurt so much getting Rudy's phone call informing me of your passing, especially having seen you just 2 weeks before.  It was consoling to know that I was blessed to spend time with you doing one of your most favorite things to do.......eating sushi at Nozawa's.  I miss you dude!

I always wondered if Joey ever jammed with Eric Clapton - one of his dreams. You were a great person to know!
