Denise Hunter (Lindsey) - Class Of 1985

Denise D. Lindsey, 38, of Brownsville died at 1:25 p.m. Jan. 30, 2006, at her home. The Royal Oak, Mich., native was an accounting specialist at Franklin Precision Industries. She was a daughter of Barry Hunter and Patricia Meserve Hunter of Chalybeate, who survive. The memorial service was held at 1 p.m. Thursday at the Gravil Funeral Home. Other survivors include her husband, Todd Lindsey; four daughters, Sharon Satterfield, Jessica Locke and Cheyenne Lindsey, all of Brownsville, and Delana Lindsey of Rocky Hill; a brother, John Hunter of Jetson; a maternal grandmother, Hazel Lura of Lapeer, Mich.; an aunt, Joan Dalgleish of Columbiaville, Mich.; and several nieces and nephews.

On January 30, 2006 a former graduate and my friend Denise passed away of ovarian cancer. Denise and her family live in the Kentucky area.

She was my very first friend when I arrived in Japan in 1983 and I just wanted to pass on the information to all who knew her. She was and still is my friend and I know she has touched many lives in our time at Zama High and she will forever be missed.

Michele Smith (1985)

You were one of the great people who would talk to me during high school. Thank you for being my friend through my hard times.

Luv you!
