James O. Price, 72, of Jamestown, KY (formerly of Nebraska) passed away at his home on January 25, 2015.

Mr. Price was born in Thedford, NE on Sept. 17, 1942, a son of the late Mae (Peterson) and Ralph Price.  He worked for many years as a teacher before retiring.

He is survived by his brother, Thomas Price, of Jamestown, KY; his sister, Mary Krough, of San Diego, CA.  The family chose care and cremation.  A memorial service will be held later in Nebraska.
