HOTEL RESERVATIONS
Our reunion hotel is the Sonesta Hotel Denver Downtown. Our discounted room bloc rate is $149 plus tax (currently 15.75%). While we only have Fri-Sat activities planned, the discounted hotel rate is available from Wednesday, July 29th - Sunday, Aug. 2nd. The room bloc is limited on Wednesday, Thursday and Sunday night so if you plan an extended stay, register early.
Self parking is $30/day and $47/overnight.
To get the discounted $149 + tax ZAA All Class Reunion hotel rate you must book your room using our special registration link.
Important Hotel Information
Hotel guest rooms are not included as part of the ZAA reunion registration fee.
Under the Sonesta Hotel Downtown Denver terms individual reservations must be guaranteed for late arrival with a credit card for first night’s room and tax. That said, cards will not be charged until check-in and reservations may cancelled without penalty up to 24 hours prior to arrival date. If you fail to cancel by the date listed on your reservation cancellation form, you will be charged one night's room and tax. Also, if you need to shorten your stay, you must inform the hotel at check-in or an extra night will be charged.

We are not planning a formal Sayonara Breakfast. The hotel does have a small restaurant that serves breakfast so attendees will be able eat with friends on Sunday morning.
ZAA Dues are $22 per year and are voluntary. Reunion rates are discounted for dues paying members and their guests and there will be an option for paying dues at check-out. In short, if you pay 2026 dues, you get a $22 discount on all registrations you make (including your guests). If you choose not to pay dues, register at higher non dues paying rate.

Registration/Check-in at the reunion will be held on Thursday, July 30th (3:00pm - 5:00pm), Friday, July 31st (2:00pm - 4:00pm) in the ZAA hospitality office (Mt Princeton). We will also have registration packets for those who have not checked in earlier at the Friday reception and Saturday morning general membership meeting. And as with previous reunions, our hospitality office may be open at other times and full of folks catching up, but we are just specifically scheduling volunteer staff at the times indicated.
The Zama Alumni Association Board will hold a general membership meeting on Saturday, August 1st (10:00am - 11:00am) in the Ellingwood A&B ballroom. The purpose of this meeting is for the board members to provide an update to members on association activities. There will be a pastries, coffee and juice.
Please stay tuned for more details from the ZAA Decade Representatives about any Friday night activities being planned outside the official reunion events. We announce that information closer to the event.

T-shirts
The commemorative t-shirt for our 2026 Reunion featuring our new Denver Reunion logo is being designed by Vanessa Clark (a former Army wife and freelance graphic designer who has lived in Okinawa and is now based in Texas) and was inspired by a painting done by ZAA Alum Judy Mackey. We'll have more info on reunion t-shirts closer to the event. And spoiler alert, Judy is donating her original painting to our raffle!
We'll sell t-shirts through the student store closer to the reunion date.
Raffle
The ZAA will be holding a raffle during the Saturday Night Dinner/Dance. Raffle tickets will be $1 each. Buy a raffle ticket for a chance to win a free room night at the Sonesta Hotel Denver Downtown. There will also be other great items donated by alumni!
HOW TO REGISTER FOR THE REUNION
All registration information is being collected online this year. You can pay through paypal via credit without having a Paypal account.
Online Form and Online Payment:
Step 1: Sign in to the ZAA web site and click on the 2026 Denver All Class Reunion link.
Step 2: Select the event items at the top of the event registration you wish to purchase--you will have an opportunity to pay 2026 dues in Step 3 so select Dues Paying Member Rates if you plan to pay dues as part of your registration. We will change to higher registration rates starting June 1, 2026.
Step 3: Hit continue and you will be able to make choices to pay dues.
Step 4: When you have completed your selections, continue to PAYMENT OPTIONS to pay for the items in your shopping cart. Select your payment type, enter your credit card information and submit your payment. You will receive email confirmation which will include the details of your order. The payment amount you make will be sent to the bank account for the Zama Alumni Association.
ZAA Membership Dues
Your Zama Alumni Association Board of Directors encourages all alumni to become members of the ZAA. Your membership fee is used to support the activities of the ZAA which include but is not limited to providing the ZAA website, maintaining the legal status of the association, and for organizing the reunions.
Non-Dues Paying Member Fee
Alumni who attend the reunion who do not pay member dues are being charged a higher registration fee--simply paying current year dues will enable you to get the lower registration rate. Guests of dues paying members also qualify for the dues paying rate. If you choose not to pay dues, register all in your party at the non dues paying rate.
Cancellation and Refunds
If you cancel your paid registration, your fees will be refunded in full prior to July 8, 2026. After that there will be no refunds because are incurring expenses based on estimated headcount. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel your registration.
Cancellations of hotel reservations are between alumni and the hotel, and are made according to their policy.
Data Privacy
Personal data that you submit during the registration process is used for administrative purposes only. The data in the ZAA web site is private and is never sold or distributed to third parties outside of the association for any reason. The Sonesta Hotel Denver Downtown will provide information to the Zama Alumni Association for purposes of tracking reservations and ensuring that the guaranteed room block commitment is met according to the contractual agreement.
Indemnification
By registering, you agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Zama Alumni Association, (ZAA) and their, subsidiaries and other affiliates, and its and their directors, officers, employees, information providers, licensors, licensees, consultants, contractors and other applicable third parties from and against any and all claims, demands, causes of action, debt or liability, including reasonable attorneys fees, including without limitation attorneys fees and costs incurred by the Indemnified Parties arising out of, related to, or which may arise from: (i) your use of the Service; (ii) any breach or non-compliance by you of any term of this Terms of Service or any of ZAA's policies; (iii) any dispute or litigation caused by your actions or omissions; or (iv) your negligence or violation or alleged violation of any law or rights of a third party.
